Nistar Capital provides financial, operational, and administrative support to Nistar Fund Management LLC — a Commodity Pool Operator registered with the CFTC and a member of the NFA, whose registration can be verified on NFA BASIC. Investment and trading decisions for any fund are made solely by Nistar Fund Management LLC as the registered operator; Nistar Capital and its members do not direct or participate in those decisions.
